Service Analyst with experience in DLP (Data Loss Prevention) (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Lead and/or help with planned and ad-hoc projects
  • Automate the provisioning and revocation of Special Internet Access
  • Migrate ticketing system to its replacement tool
  • Adjust and tighten some of the Web Filtering controls rules
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for complex ad-hoc investigations
  • Take over other similar planned and ad-hoc projects and requests that may come up from time to time
  • Ticket handling for data leakage exceptions


Your qualifications
  • In-depth networking, cyber security and testing experience
  • Experience with Symantec DLP
  • Experience with Windows, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, active directory group policy objects, web proxy servers or firewalls required
  • Understanding of the HTML concept, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies such as AJAX
  • Understanding of network protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP and UDP
  • Good knowledge of the ISO/OSI model
  • Understanding of Antivirus products and Data Leakage Protection solutions
  • In-depth Excel experience (pivot tables, VBA and macros) is a plus
  • Understanding of the LDAP/Active Directory concept is a plus
  • Advanced experience with ticket systems and the concept of incidents and service requests
  • Good investigative and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
