Machine Maintenance Engineer (GMP) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Ensuring preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns and monitoring the equipment’s performance
- Responsible for improvements of production facilities
- Elaborating strategies to reduce breakdowns and to increase overall reliability and safety of equipment
- Define preventive and corrective maintenance
- Administration of CMMS
- Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables
- Optimizes maintenance strategies and make cost-effective benefit reviews
- Manage and optimize external contracts and/or services
- Identify improvements, drive changes and implement innovative solutions to achieve cost-efficiency, reduce downtime and increase reliability
- Manage non-conformities (NC) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Write & maintain operational procedures
- Responsible for their installation, improvement and dismantling of equipment
Your qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master Degree in maintenance/mechanical/industrial management or equivalent
- Profound experience in industrial maintenance
- Practical experience in highly regulated environment & GMP requirements
- Excellent team skills and written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Software like CMMS
