TITLE: Mainframe DB2 Database Administrator (DBA)
LOCATION: Austin, TX
POSITION TYPE: Contract - Initially 5 months
START DATE: ASAP
In person interviews are required. No third party candidates considered for this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years - Mainframe DB2 Database Administration experience
- 2 years - Experience in operations and support analyst, batch and console operations, mainframes - ALL production/development/test schedules and cycles, CICS regions, MQ Series, FTP, DB2, IMS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and support Mainframe Adabas Natural test environments
- Support multiple test environments with data refreshes and replication monitoring
- Create and configure new target adapter server for replication
- Assist with creating new replication subscriptions and destinations
