Required:
- Minimum 5 years BSA experience
- Proficient at Requirements Elicitation, Requirement Management, and Use Case Modeling.
- Experience with the Waterfall System Development Methodology is preferable, but experience with iterative-methodologies is acceptable.
- Experience with infrastructure projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers, business partners, customers, project managers, testing team, and management.
Plusses:
- Experience with infrastructure technologies: Network, Telecom, Storage Systems, Mainframe, Operational reporting, etc
- Experience with implementation of vendor solutions/systems rather than internal-application development projects.
- Knowledgeable/experienced in Quality Center, ALM, or other requirements management tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with IIBA/BABOK is preferred.
