Description

Superb Credit Controller needed, you will support the small credit team in implementing best practice, the monitoring of payments due and ensuring that collections are made. As Credit Controller you will investigate relevant fees and charges, email information and resolve queries, plus initiate telephone and/or letter chasing of payment.

As Credit Controller your Main Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the credit control manager with all aspects of accounts receivable
  • Leading by example on Best Practice
  • Chase overdue debtors so payments are made in a timely manner
  • Allocation and payment of warranty claims monthly
  • Credit checking prospective accounts
  • Allocating receipts

Credit Controller Key Skills:

  • Ability to be firm when required
  • Best Practice
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Ability to work in a small team
