Windows/Citrix 2nd line support, Alicante
We are looking for a Windows Helpdesk support technician to join our client's 2nd line Windows/Citrix support team in Alicante, Spain starting ASAP. Experience of Citrix highly desirable. Contract to end 2017, with annual renewals (multi-year assignment). Work is in 8 hour shifts to cover the period 07.00 to 19.30.

EXPERIENCE:
You should have 3 years' experience in a Helpdesk Windows environment, and 2nd line support role using ticketing tools.
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience in desktop support, maintenance and repairs
Mandatory skills - 3 years experience:
- Windows Clients, Windows Server and Active Directory
- Microsoft SystemCenter(SCOM,SCVMM,SCCM,SCDPM,SCSM)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Powerpoint)
Desirable- 2 years experience:
- Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp
Languages
- English, to level B2 (Intermediate) of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF)- desirable
- Spanish, to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF) - desirable
