For our customer, a big pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Senior HR Generalist with Payroll experience (m/f)

Your tasks:
- In this position you will independently manage the full HR cycle, like recruiting, managing interviews, organising on- and off-boardings, contracts etc.
- You will take care of the administration of life cycle processes and benefits, e.g. child care allowances, wedding bonus, birth bonus and child care
- The handling of confidential information and interface with Senior Management is another part of this job
- Also in international payrollling you will take part and work closely with your colleague who is specialised in payrolling
Your qualifications
- You have profound experience in all HR related tasks and in Swiss payroll administration
- Also you have the ability to coordinate and prioritize workload where appropriate
- Strong communicational & organizational skills are part of your profile
- You are an initiative, dynamic and flexible person who is able to talk fluent English and good German
- Also you have good PC skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP is an advantage)
