For a very well known pharma company based in Barcelona, we are currently looking for IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Support to work in huge project.
- Experience in supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery
- Good understanding of Cloud technology
- Clear vision of ITIL Service disciplines, covering Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Good understanding of Server & hardware/operating systems, networks, Firewalls and load balancers, etc.
- A probing and analytical approach with the ability to pre-empt potential problems
- A very strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias
- Relevant understanding of IT security and Data protection
- Exposure to MS SharePoint
