Our global Financial Services client has a well-established but growing team of multilingual help desk associates, and as a result of a further increasing workload they are looking to recruit another enthusiastic fluent Italian & English speaking team member.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling internal 1st Line IT queries in both English and Italian via email, phone and the client's ticketing system, so a background in or knowledge of IT would be highly desirable. An enthusiasm and passion to gain experience in the field, however, would be equally beneficial. Due to the high volume of user interaction, experience in a customer service position is essential.
