Description

Our client a global oil and gas organisation is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their company on an initial 12 month contract opportunity in London.

The candidate will be responsible to support the Social Investment Manager to Manage SI team budgeting, invoicing and expenses and spend reporting. Manage supplier contracts and sponsorship and donation agreements. Manage process for reviewing and responding to third party funding requests and proposals. Maintain the Social Investment Intranet pages. Ensure team compliance with Anti-bribery & Corruption and Records Management requirements.

The candidate must be Degree qualified, experienced professional with proven industry experience. Demonstrable understanding of the business - gained in operating company or global business environment.
Proven experience in management of complex budgets and financial administration.
Ability to secure the trust of senior leaders through personal behaviours and performance.
Ability to drive process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
Self-starter showing high degree of personal initiative, drive, and desire to come up with creative solutions that drive business and reputational value for the client.
Proven skills to deliver under time pressure.
Very good and proven English writing skills.
