Description
WIRELESS ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Familiar with Ericsson BSC/RNC and base station configuration
2. Familiar with IUR integration with HW RNC and troubleshooting
3. Familiar with GUL inter-RAT configuration and troubleshooting (eg CSFB, cell reselection, etc.)
4. 5+ years of GSM, UMTS and LTE wireless telecommunication engineer experience, at least 3 years in Ericsson
5. Strong communication skills;
6. fluent in English and Spanish language (spoken and written);
7. Working experience with Digicel Panama is preferred
WIRELESS ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:
The scope of work include but not limited:
1. Integrate IUR on E//RNC and troubleshooting
2. Output implementation solution for GUL inter-RAT; Output script and troubleshooting
3. Direct customer's operation on E//equipment if necessary
4. Responsible to report and escalate all issues to higher management on time
