Description
Workday Compensation consultant needed for implementation.
Deployment of the full suite of HR processes. Multiple countries but mainly ran from central London with minimal travel to Europe.
Responsibilities:
The consultant will work as main SME for Compensation, Advanced compensation and Benefits as part of a larger team of consultants.
Experience:
Workday Certified Benefits and Compensation consultant (Compensation being the main topic) - Minimum of one implementation
Workday HCM Core and Compensation certification required, Benefits desired
- Experience of at least one end to end implementation
- Ability to join a pre-existing project and fit in smoothly. Handover will be provided
- The role will be supported by one graduate trainee, therefore ability to delegate and work within a team
