Senior Enterprise Architect
Working for a leading a top tier retail financial services organisation and in the South West of England. You will be facing off to a number of different work streams managing teams of 5+. This is a role that requires good technical understanding and hands on experience but also exceptional stakeholder management gaining buy in from senior executives. This role will be reporting in to the Chief Architect to support ongoing programmes of work and potential scope to be part of new initiatives going forward.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business and technology strategy and priorities
- Linking capabilities and change to outcomes and benefits
- Deliver business and technology responses to guide new and in-flight initiatives
- Understand the key architectural implications of strategy and requirements to provide answers/guidance for solution architects to follow
Experience:
- You will have come from a top tier financial services organisation and have experience in the following areas: Financial Management or Human Resources, risk: Governance, Risk & Compliance, Financial Crime: Fraud prevention and Experience or exposure to of process automation and machine learning.
- Previous experience covering both business and technical architecture
- A bonus would be an appreciation for Authentication and bio-metrics, Cyber security and payments.
- TOGAF experience/certification desirable
- looking for an Enterprise Architect who can talk to the business in their language and know how those areas of the business operate eg regulatory reporting, stress testing, treasury, source to pay, talent and succession planning, training and competency but not limited to.
