Description
We are looking for a Senior Level 3 Security SME for a long term project based in the Netherlands.
You will be responsible for overseeing incident response, providing technical support and managing the status/progress of current incidents.
Responsibilities
- Initiate new/changed Use Cases
- Liaise with SOC/SIEM Manager (GID)
- Manage 3rd parties (Incident response, plus follow on activities towards 3rd parties not related to Incidents)
- Responsible for support issues from beginning to end and all documentation
- Strong RCA experience is required
- Manage assigned trouble ticket queue
- Local regulation awareness
