Description

WIRELESS ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiar with Ericsson BSC/RNC and base station configuration
  • Familiar with IUR integration with HW RNC and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with GUL inter-RAT configuration and troubleshooting (eg CSFB, cell reselection, etc.)
  • 5+ years of GSM, UMTS and LTE wireless telecommunication engineer experience, at least 3 years in Ericsson
  • Strong communication skills;
  • fluent in English and Spanish language (spoken and written);
  • Working experience with Digicel Panama is preferred

    • WIRELESS ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The scope of work include but not limited:

  • Integrate IUR on E//RNC and troubleshooting
  • Output implementation solution for GUL inter-RAT; Output script and troubleshooting
  • Direct customer's operation on E//equipment if necessary
  • Responsible to report and escalate all issues to higher management on time
