DevOps Transition Specialist (CI/CD)
Looking for an excellent DevOps Transition Specialist for a long-term assignment for an international client based in Amsterdam. The client is a large international company who is moving to a DevOps environment, you will be sharing your expertise as part of an all new team of specialists, responsible for configuration management and releases for the all development teams in the domain.
You will be working on:
- Advocating the necessity of automation
- Guiding one or more teams in automating their delivery flow
- Helping one or more teams in optimizing their delivery flow
- Managing the current and future change delivery:
- Configuration management for several applications
- Preparation and execution of deployments
- Release coordination, managing involvement from different parties (IBM, AAB)
We are looking for someone with the following skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in development and/or configuration management
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM
- Experience in setting up a CI/CD pipeline
- Knowledge of tooling such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, etc.
