Description
An IT Support Engineer is required for a law from working through a managed service provider. The IT Support Engineer will have good communications skills and have worked in customer facing support roles previously.
The successful IT Support Engineer will be technically minded, have strong experience configuring and supporting Windows based environments and networks and is a team player. Should also have excellent communication skills and ideally be an all-rounder who is comfortable doing 1st Line support. Requirements: Solid exposure to troubleshooting and installation of Windows XP, 7 Troubleshooting skills with Remote Access & Dial Up Knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Windows Infrastructure including: Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Networks RIM.
The candidate must be fluent in Flemish and English.
