Job Description
As a Test lead in one of our subprojects you will be responsible for ensuring good test planning together with the supplier and other 3rd party suppliers involved in the solution as well as with internal systems especially the Flow ECC system. You are working closely with business representatives as well as requirement specifiers to capture technical issues at an early stage. The role requires technical skills working with complex integrations. Experience working with SAP is appreciated.

You have solid experience of managing test on different levels; preferably within E-commerce and/or SAP, and enjoy working in a high-performance situation. Work Task
- Responsible for coordinate integration test between internal systems and the online expansion program, like test data and test environment
- Responsible for securing test resources and test planning in test organization for HM systems involved in solution together with the supplier, for setting a total test plan and the pre-conditions for test execution, for securing reviews of the test scope set up by the supplier for supporting and monitoring the supplier's tests for supporting and planning the business side in acceptance testing for cross coordination with test leads from other projects within the program
- Ensure the availability of test environments, tools, and test data needed are in place to test project effort
- Lead the test work, delegate test tasks but also take the role as Tester when needed
- Coordinate functional and non-functional tests (manual and automated) with Test Leaders in all situations affected by the Project
- Follow-up on test plan and test activities, produce test reports and test artefacts necessary for stakeholders Suggest overall improvements to way of working or to the solution
- Consider knowledge transfer in all test related work
- Report status to stakeholders for subproject test status
- Be responsible to follow up on all discrepancies related to the project in a specific release making sure they are resolved, moved or closed
Specific Competence
- Test lead experience + 5 years, or similar experience in IT development
- Solid experience in test design and integration testing
- Broad understanding of system development
- Experience of working in larger scale projects with cross dependencies
- Experience of working with E-commerce platforms
- Experience of working with SAP systems
- Experience in working with supplier and cross-functional teams are qualifying
