Application Support Engineer
Location: Brussels
Rate: €150 - €200/Day
Duration: 12 months
Working as a 1st Line Application Support Engineer at a Brussels based customer site, you will be working on behalf of a well renowned and innovative IT solutions organisation with significant European presence.
Working on a 12 month contract basis, you will be tasked with providing hands-on application and hardware support in line with agreed SLA's.
Key Skills include;
- Experience providing 1st line support, receiving calls/emails and resolving issues appropriately
- Experience in identifying problem identification, analysis, diagnosis and resolution
- Experience working to agreed timescales and within agreed SLA's
- Experience working as part of a technical team providing support to company users
