SAP Basis Consultant - Cambridge - Permanent - £50,000 plus benefits - 35 hour working week.SAP BASIS CONSULTANT required for our end user in Cambridge.* Strong SAP Basis experience, DBA experience, network administration experience and project management experience * Experience of leading teams including responsibility for setting goals/objectives, monitoring performance, and conducting staff appraisals * Hands on SAP Basis troubleshooting experience in multiple SAP components such as - ECC, CRM, XI/PI/PO, Solution Manager, BIBO, BDOS etc. including client copies, system refreshes * Experience in working closely with key suppliers and review performance reports with DBA, Basis and Windows for performance and capacity planning * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to transition smoothly between technical and business vernacular, tailoring communications to the audience * Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross functional project teams * Ability to work in ambiguous situations/environments; demonstrated ability to break down problems into constituent parts and develop and drive plans for resolution * Solid knowledge in SAP Basis leading practices, methodologies processes and control framework, including but not limited to ITIL * The ability to balance a busy workload and competing priorities
