Description
For a very well known pharma company based in Spain, we are currently looking for IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Support to work in huge project.
- 3 years experience in supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery
- Good understanding of Cloud technology
- Clear vision of ITIL Service Manager: Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Working experience with Server & hardware/operating systems, networks, Firewalls and load balancers, etc.
- A probing and analytical approach with the ability to pre-empt potential problems
- A very strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias
- Relevant understanding of IT security and Data protection
- Exposure to MS SharePoint
The aim of the project is to be the link between an external supplier and end-user on cloud migration.
You will be reporting to a Delivery Manager already in place.
We are not looking for a Senior.
