I'm looking for a Solaris specialist
You will need to hold a current SC Clearance
This role is for am initial 6 months.
Strong experience of physical and virtual (Container/Zone) Solaris O/S versions, many back level
Strong Experience in high-level design of a Solaris estate based on as-is, including interfacing with DNS, backup, systems management and monitoring tooling;
Experience of migrating Solaris systems through various techniques including implications of continued/duplicate administration
Experience in testing principles and process around the Infrastructure Verification testing (IVT) at level 2 (O/S/Tools) and sign-off of testing from IVT1 (ground to O/S) undertaken by DC team
Experience in implementing DR solutions using a copy of production as basis;. Ability to lead Platform SME's in the production of Low-Level Designs and through Migration (if required).
