Customer Service Representative with profound language skills wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 1-2 years' experience working as an Accountant or Account Payable dept.
  • Working experience in the area of customer service (1st Level Support)
  • Languages: English, French, German fluent both written and spoken, knowledge in Portuguese / Spanish is an asset

Your tasks:
  • Responsible for stakeholder requests as well as assisting Request-to-Pay service with the goal to assure efficient and correct request / issue handling
  • Managing calls from suppliers and associates related to invoice and payment inquiries along with resolving requests
  • Ensuring high quality and timely resolution of requests within agreed response time
