Languages: ENGLISH
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) work environment
- Experience in contract writing
- Experience in service catalog management and service design
- Experience in financial follow up and invoicing towards the client
- Assertive and good facilitation skills, easy contact with technical people
Description of work:
- Be the interface to external clients of the IT Infrastructure department with main focus on contractual and financial aspects:
- Maintain the relationship with the infrastructure services clients
- Act as main point of contact for our Customer regarding service issues, questions and concerns
- Handle contract updates
- Do the financial follow up of the service charging towards the clients
- Contribute to the review of the service catalog and related pricing model
