Endpoint Protection Consultant | 6 months | Valencia | McAfee, Symantec
Square One are actively looking for Endpoint protection administrators for a 6 month contract based out of Valencia in Spain.
The Successful candidate will have the skills listed below:
At least 5 years of experience in management of McAfee ePO and/or Symantec Endpoint Protection Platforms and/or Microsoft Endpoint Protection
o Design, implementation, configuration and operational of the mentioned technologies
Desirable McAfee Official Certification in ePO Administration (Product Specialist)
Desirable Symantec Product Specialist Certification in Endpoint Protection
Strong knowledge and demonstrable experience in the following McAfee Products:
o McAfee Agent, Virus Scan Enterprise and Endpoint Protection (Mandatory)
o McAfee Data Loss Prevention (Desirable)
o McAfee File and Media Removable Protection (Desirable)
o McAfee Host IPS (Desirable)
o McAfee Site Advisor Enterprise (Desirable)
o Symantec Endpoint Protection
o Symantec Group Update Provider
o Symantec Replication and Domain configuration within Endpoint Protection Platform
5 years of experience with Windows Sever 2008 and 2012 R2 and Workstation Windows 7, 8.x
Good knowledge on Windows 10 and Windows 2016
5 years of experience with Windows troubleshooting experience (Event Logs, etc.)
Experience with AV rollout and management on Linux and Mac is desirable.
Experience in large-scale and complex environments, particularly global implementations.
Strong document writing skills
Incident management providing detailed root cause analysis
Knowledge of Service Level Management principles
