Job Description:
- 5-8 years of experience of gearbox design.
- Experience working for Automatic Transmissions - CVTs and DCTs.
- Experience in Gear train schematics design.
- Expertise in design of helical, bevel, planetary & worm and worm wheel gearboxes.
- Experience in design of shafts and bearing selections.
- Hands on experience working on KISSsoft, KISSsys.
- Knowledge of gearbox lubrication system design.
- Knowledge of materials & manufacturing processes of gearbox elements.
- Experience of design calculations for gear geometry, strength and life predictions and Tolerance stack up analysis.
- Hands on experience working on any CAD software.
- Experience working for Automotive OEMs/Tier-1s.
