SAP Operations Integration Manager (OIM): SAP Techno/Functional
A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Prague is seeking an Operations Integration Manager to ensure stability of Production SAP environments by acting as practitioner and coach of IT support processes - service transition, release and deployment, incident and problem. The successful candidate will have a strong technical and functional SAP skills as well as an excellent understanding of IT processes (ITIL certification would be a plus).
Main responsibilities:
* Service transitions of solutions from Projects to Operations
* Follows up on critical incidents and ensures timely resolution
* Facilitates post-mortem, root cause analysis and definition of preventive actions
* Drives internal IT initiatives and small-size internal projects
