SAP Cutover Lead.
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Cutover Lead with SAP MDG experience.
Start: 1st July 2017
Duration: 30 days
Location: Doha, Qatar
Rate: $80USD per hour + expenses
Modules: MDG, DM, IS, 4C (Create, Cleanse, Consolidate & Control).
Mandatory skills:
Go-live of project involves activation of MDG solution, migration of data to MDG, replication of data from MDG to ECC.
Among many others activities, key cutover activities include:
* Do the detailed Cutover Planning in coordination with project team, client business, BASIS, Security.
* Develop the technical cutover plan (environment pre-requisites like system build, users' roles/authorizations, movements of configurations, drive manual configurations like opening periods, number ranges, export/import of development, track config. tables sync between MDG and ECC etc.)
* Strategize cutover procedures, cutover reporting to client leads, cutover kickoff, define/agree with client on entrance and exit criteria, shutdown and start up procedures etc.
* Guide client on business continuity/freeze on Operational SAP system
* Weekly reporting on Cutover progress to client leadership
* Use MPP to sequence of the activities, dependencies, durations in hours, track activities owned by org wide teams
* Lead the cutover data loads to MDG, Cutover data replication from MDG to ECC system
* Keep SAP informed of the cutover, seek SAP support where required
* Contingency plan
* Post go-live stabilization plan, delta loads
* Should have real experience in managing Cutover Phase for MDG+DM+IS combination Implementation projects.
Special Instructions for the Role
-Should have real experience in managing Cutover Phase for MDG+DM+IS combination Implementation projects.
-Candidates should have led some SAP MDG Implementation project including Cutover phase for Material and EAM data objects.
-Having just knowledge on Cutover phase would not fit in, so we need MDG skills and management skills.
-This is an on-site requirement.
-Technical expertise required to coordinate with clients BASIS, Security and client's teams.
