Proteus Europe is searching for an IT Service Level manager for a 3 month contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.Our Client :-
Our client is, as the first universal direct bank, a strong player on the Belgian market. The bank provides its customers with a wide range of financial products and services via the distribution channel of their choice (click and face). Our clients customers are based in retail as well as private banking clients, as well as small, medium and large enterprises.
Your New role :-
The Service Level Managers mission is 2-fold
1) Be the interface to external clients of the IT Infrastructure department with main focus on contractual and financial aspects.
a. Maintain the relationship with the infrastructure services clients
b. Act as main point of contact for our Customer regarding service issues, questions and concerns
c. Handle contract updates
d. Do the financial follow up of the service charging towards the clients
2) Contribute to the review of the service catalogue and related pricing model
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Attention to details
- Assertive and good facilitation skills, easy contact with technical people
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in IT infrastructure (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) work environment
- Experience in contract writing
- Experience in service catalogue management and service design
- Experience in financial follow up and invoicing towards the client
- Proactive and entrepreneurial
- An excellent command of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset
