Description

CQV Engineer to join a new team supporting the current CQV team with the execution activities. You will be assisting the building, populating and management the Master Project Database (MPD) which will be central to all CQV execution efforts and download of information into the CMMS System (Maximo) for an initial 6 month contract.

Role and responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Vendors in relation to spare parts listing for all Equipment.
  • Assist with the review all Vendor spares information, prior to download into MPD.
  • Liaise with Construction Group to ensure all Receipt Verification (RV) requirements are met.
  • Assist the CQV Lead MPD Engineer to create and coordinate all Receipt Verification (RV) and Installation Qualification (IQ) Check sheets.
  • Liaise with Construction, CQV and CMMS Units in relation to RV/IQ deliverables.
  • Ensure any discrepancies found during CQV Process are categorised and documented appropriately.
  • Assist with data-input into the MPD.
  • Coordinate and populate databases for Engineering Change Management, Punchlisting and RV and IQ deliverables.
  • Proven Access Database knowledge and user requirements.
  • Support CQV activities (RV/FAT/SAT/CTP/IOQ) under tight schedule constraints.
  • Coordinate System Boundaries (P&ID's) from As-built state into Engineering feed into MPD.
  • Understand and appreciate both GDP and GEP requirements.
  • Lead CQV Database development with EIDA Team to ensure all CQV modules within new Database structure are correct and align with Project Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of MPD experience including experience with design and construction projects for biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience with complex projects and working in or around operating facilities.
  • Ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines. Good organising and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels with customers, vendors, equipment suppliers and operations staff.
  • Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem solver with a focus on achievement of overall project goals.
  • Computer skills (Database, Access, EIDA, Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Visio, Microsoft Project)
