Client Invoice Project Operations Reporting Accounts Payable Excel Skills KPI's KRI's MI Reports
Our client is one of the world's largest and most respected asset/investment management organisations. An opportunity has arisen within their global client services team, initially on an interim basis, to work on the Co-ordination and further development of Client Invoicing KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), KRI's (Key Risk Indicators), and Management Information Statistics.
THE ROLE:
Co-ordination and further development of Client Invoicing KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), KRI's (Key Risk Indicators), and Management Information Statistics
Work on development of change initiatives within the project team to support strategic change
Build and manage relationships with key global stakeholders within GCS
Assist/build tactical solutions for global team who are heavy users of Excel
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent organisation and time management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Ability to clearly and confidently communicate in verbal and written form, within all levels of the business
A forward thinker who is willing to challenge the status quo
Intermediate/Expert level Excel
Intermediate level Powerpoint
Knowledge of SQL desirable
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
Prior asset management experience desirable
Prior experience of operational reporting
