Proteus Europe is searching for a speaking Dutch or French Sofware Engineer available to work in a 6 months contract for one of our clients in Belgium.

Your New role:-
- Manage and support Windows client and mobile devices
- Patch and Vulnerability Management
- Anti-Malware and HIPS
- Security Compliance
- Software Distribution
- OS Imaging
- Mobile Device Management
- Manage Back End infrastructure for user-centric services
- Strategic member of a technical organization
- Makes business and technical recommendations for new initiatives
- Develop and implement testing strategies and document results
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for BigFix application and agents
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with Servers, software, and devices
- Provide escalation support for technical support and assistance to junior administrators
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
Mandatory Skills: - Expert knowledge of client OS including Windows 7,8 and 10
- Expert knowledge of BigFix Infrastructure (or willingness to learn):
- experience building/maintaining BigFix architecture
- BigFix Relevance and Session Relevance Languages
- Generating reports from BigFix
- Troubleshooting Bigfix client and relay communication issues in a large multisite deployment
- Writing fixlets in TEM/BigFix for package deployments
- BigFix Modules:
- Patch Management
- Compliance
- Inventory
- Systems Lifecycle
- Server Automation
- Advanced knowledge of OS Imaging and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Advanced knowledge of Fileservers, NTFS and Distributed File System
- Familiar with security, best practices and methodologies
- Strong Communications, Problem Solving, Leadership and analytical skills
- Able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment.
- Able to work effectively with other groups and teams.
Desirable Skills:-
Knowledge of Exchange/Office365 is a plus
- Knowledge of TrendMicro OfficeScan, Vulnerability Protection and Deep Security is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune is a plus
- Experience with Scripting in multiple languages a strong plus
