ITSM 1st Line Support - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and/or DUTCH (bilingual)
Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a support function
- Experience in Omnitracker or similar:
- Preferably certified in Omnitracker Administration and Automation
- ITIL certification is a plus
- ITIL-compliant and certified application for IT service management
- ITSM experience with supporting the following processes:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Fulfillment
- Event Management
- Service Asset & Configuration Management
- Identity & Access Management
- Release & Deployment Management
- Service Level Management
- Service catalog management
Description of work:
- 1st Line Support
- Carry out tests in line with the Test Lead Strategy
- Updating of documentation and process flows
- Organize coaching and workshops for end users
