Position: Incident Manager
Location: Milano, Italy
Duration: 6 months + Possible Extension
Job Description:
- Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process
- Good knowledge on ITIL Service
- Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
- Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvements
- Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the local major incident process and associated procedures
- Providing appropriate feedback at Group Level about the IM/PM processes.
- Ensuring that all IT teams follow the incident management process for every incident
- High level of IT literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Mandatory English language skills
