Genesys Contact Center e-Services (iWD)
Genesys iWD migration and iwD 8.5 implementation expertise
Composer Strategies design for iWD 8.5, SCXML
Create high and low level designs for iWD 8.5 upgrade, aligning with the chat solution designs
Ensure all e2e process form the consumption of the JMS queues to the presentation of the iWD interaction on the agents desktop are considered.
Ability to provide Genesys iWD8.5 best practices followed so as to maximise the benefits of any new capabilities or efficiencies within the 8.5 product
Ability to produce all the necessary IWD Routing strategies, demonstrating their working and how they can be created in a development environment and moved to an E2E test environment, before deploying into a production environment

Ability to demonstrate sufficient alarms and dashboards, to allow them to support the solution
Demonstrate the capacity thresholds for the design.
Demonstrate HA and Geo Resilience has been catered for.
