Global Applications Support - MS SQL Server , Windows Server , AD

My client is a rapidly expanding company employing more than 20,000 people and delivering services in 32 countries. They currently require several application support specialists to provide 2nd and 3rd line support activities, contributing with technology partners and other 3rd party solution providers.

Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and troubleshooting of MS SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2003, 2008X, 2012
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experience with the setup and troubleshooting of server/desktop hardware and software
  • 2-3 years' experience in call centre and/or IT Helpdesk environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
