QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER - BANKING - FINANCIAL SERVICES - CONTRACT - GLOUCESTER/BRISTOL LOCATION
An opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager (QA Manager) to join a leading banking group based in either Gloucester or Bristol. The role requires the QA Manager to establish QA procedures and quality standards and support to POD based Test execution.
Role requirements:
- Expert knowledge of SDLC process.
- Previous Audit/Quality Audit experience would be ideal but not mandatory.
- Practitioner level experience in Quality management.
- Experience of Retail Banking.
- Excellent communications and influencing skills (working both with the POD teams/Test Leadership teams).
- Experience of working with complex governance scenarios.
- Experience of communication/working with European Organisational/Parent Organisation Culture (including use of English as foreign language).
- Senior stakeholder management skills.
- Team leadership skills.
