Description

I'm currently working on a very exciting opportunity within a global IT services and software organisation who are looking for a number of graduates to join their Cloud Services team as a Graduate DevOps Engineer. This is an opportunity to kick start your career in IT and will give you access to some of the best training, mentoring, development and support available as well as the chance to establish your career in a Fortune 500 organisation. A clear and genuine passion for technology is the key to success in this role so that you can go into the DevOps team eager to learn and develop your career. Ideally, a background in some form of programming based degree (eg Computer Science/Software Engineering would be fantastic but passion and basic computing knowledge are more than adequate. The DevOps Team support multiple end clients which will give you the opportunity to develop your collaboration skills as well as making a significant impact on the success of the organisation.

Essential Skills:

  • Min 2:2 in computer science/software engineering degree
  • Experience of automation tools at University (eg Jenkins, puppet, git, ansible etc)
  • Basic Linux Scripting experience

Successful candidates will be trained in the latest cloud technologies and automation tools available in the market and will embark on their career with one of the most reputable brands in IT.
