My client is looking for a Functional Workday Consultant with specific Configuration experience of Workday Onboarding.
This role involves looking at requirements form the various teams including Recruitment, HR, IT & Procurement, finding the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems by leading workshops with varied stakeholders.
The introduction of the Workday Onboarding module will move the work from HR to the New Hire and change the existing process, currently run by HR. Each country will have different business rules and requirements and will look to you to design a smart process that considers the needs of and impact on Managers, New Hires, Recruitment and HR.
There are existing principles that need to be followed but they are looking to create a greater employee experience and an intuitive employee journey, recognising patterns and simplifying the process where possible.
As far as possible, the client wants to design a global process which will be configured in Workday, however you will need to understand and document the country-specific business rules and the configuration in Workday, which may be slightly different per country.
You will identify the end-to-end process and document requirements for Workday, changes to the integration between Workday and recruiting system, and requirements that will not be delivered through Workday but where we need another solution. .
You must be able to configure the business process and new hire dashboard in Workday as well as create and develop and test the plans
