Functional Microsoft and Salesforce CRM Consultant
Global Enterprise Partners is looking for Functional Microsoft and Salesforce CRM Consultants to further enhance the client's functions, by delivering common business driven solutions and services, in The Netherlands.
Our end-user client (a world leader in the FMCG industry), is looking for a Functional Consultant with experience to participate in different CRM initiatives.
The Functional CRM Consultant;
- Salesforce automation tooling like: Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce.com ICW mobile Front End APPs.
- Applications supported in Cloud Solutions
- Architectural set-up Cloud Solution ICW Azure, Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint and One Drive
- Distributing and supporting Mobile Applications within a workplace environment of CRM Systems and Integrations with multi Back End ERP system landscapes
- Communicating, troubleshooting and working within a dynamic international user community
- Fluent English and Dutch communication (verbal and written)
Experience required of Functional CRM Consultant;
- 3 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.com
- 3 years within an international environment
- Experienced the design, build, run, support and roll out of CRM systems
- Familiar with Hockey APP, HPQC, Microsoft TFS
- Agile Project methodology including review/write user stories. Including acceptance criteria and review functional/technical specifications.
CRM Functional Consultancy;
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: +6 months
Location: The Netherlands
Rate: competitive, in Euros per hour - depending on experience
