Short term consulting role.
Cyber Security expert required to assist with the structure and strategy/planning for the Security Team within a large telecom operator.
Experience within the telecom sector - be that Mobile or Fixed is essential. Ideally the consultant will have come from either a Senior ( management ) or Architecture type role. The nature of this engagement is to assist the current management define the structure and strategy in relation to; the composition of their Team, the objectives of the Team and the Operational functionality.....there is no specific need for a highly background as this is 'operational', nevertheless someone who 'has been there and got the T-Shirt' in regard to setting up/managing a cyber based sec team within a telco would be perfect. Especially if the candidate can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with Senior/'C' level colleagues.
Short term initially, 4-6 weeks, there is the possibility that this may extend, but that would be a new phase.....so for the moment please consider that 4-6 weeks would be the total engagement. Client will pay flights/accomm.
Availability. You should be available to start work within a 2 week lead-in time.
