Description
A Renewable Energy client is looking for a Site & Land Rights Manager to work on their offshore wind farm project, the Site & Land Rights Manager (Senior Staff) will be required to acquire and manage real property rights and cable crossing & proximity agreements to enable project execution and operations activities.This is a 6 month freelance contract to start approx. 1st September 2017 up until with the possibility of extending further thereafter. This will be 5 working days per week, 8 hrs in average.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure real estate available for the below
- Offshore installations
- Onshore and offshore pipeline and cable crossing & proximity agreements
- Landowner cable agreements
- Onshore and offshore site surveys
- Construction laydown areas and compounds
- Substations
- Harbours and logistics
- Shared storage facilities
- Construction and O&M offices and warehouses
- SCADA
- Relevant degree in real estate/property and industry Chartered status.
- Minimum 4 years of experience acquiring and managing infrastructure real estate.
- 2 years experience managing outsourced land agents.
The Consultant must bring his/her own iPhone mobile telephone, PC with MS Office 2007 or newer.
The Consultant must also have his/her own PPE equipment.
