Tangent International are seeking an experiences Cisco Contact Center Test Engineer to work on an urgent project based in Turkey
Strong experience in Software Testing in a contact center environment is essential. The role will include Non Functional Testing (Scalability, Penetration, Volume and Performance, Security etc.), Functional Testing, Defect Management, Module Testing and Acceptance Testing
