Responsibility:

Installation/configuration and Administration of MAC OS
Patch Management
Basically on system administration tasks on the MAC OS and support.

Process Knowledge:

IT process and security standards
Good knowledge on Incident, Problem and Change management process
Knowledge on Ticketing tools
