Installation/Infrastructure Technician - Contract - Belgium - Market Rates
Our client is looking for an Installation/Infrastructure Technician to start in Belgium. Initial contract will run till end of the year with likely extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair fibre-optic networks, including cable infrastructures, local area networks
- Structured Cabling, Planning, installing and maintaining fibre and copper connectivity within Data Centre (including FC or iSCSI)
- Repairing, installing and maintaining Copper and fibre-optic cabling
- Develop, Implement and maintain Power, Rack Space (and Air Conditioning) Plans
- Develop a Maintenance Plan of Data Centre Hardware upgrades including Firmware distribution
- Health and Safety at Work and First Aid
- Understanding of TEMPEST/EMCON regulations, policies and procedures
