ServiceNow Automation Engineer - 6 months - £pdKey Essential Skills:
ServiceNow administration + automation + scripting + API experience + DevOps
Role
*Working experience with ServiceNow, in a support/development analyst role.
*Support various cloud based systems including ServiceNow, Google Apps, Netsuite and the integration / development of these systems.
*Proven customer support experience in an IT operations environment including management of own work-stack comprising incidents, changes and problem records and escalation procedures.
*Expert understanding of ServiceNow development and administration
Key Skills and Experience
*Extensive experience working with ServiceNow in a support role.
*Experience of ServiceNow Development
*Experience with API calls
*Experience with Java scripting
*Experience with Automation tools such as Ansible etc…
*Knowledge and use of toolsets & systems (Sharepoint, JIRA, MS Office, SQL,)
*Knowledge and use of monitoring tools (BPPM, ADDM, Splunk, App Dynamics)
