Description
ServiceNow Architect wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- MS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent education
- 5+ years' experience in IT Service Management, ITIL certification is a plus
- Very good knowledge in MS Office Tools, MS SharePoint, MS Project and ServiceNow platform
- Familiarity with the Configuration Management Database in support of ITSM processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent communication and change management skills
- Ability to work in an international team along with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good Time management along with tasks prioritization skills and strong goal oriented mindset
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Establishing and managing a first draft Configuration Management Plan (CMP)
- Recording CMP including CI Class attributes, configuration item Classes, and control status of CI Class status
- Reporting CMP status as required as well as creating foundational CI components in the CMDB
- Managing CMDB requirements for the Asset and Configuration Management process: logging requirements, status of processes, coordination of changes
