SAP MM Administrative Assistant - ASP (Assets Stock Purchase IT)

Role:
As an administrative assistant in the ASP department, you perform a function that combines administrative, financial and case tracking (IT or telecom) tasks within a team of 6 people.

The ASP service is attached to the IT Infrastructure & Operational Services (IOS) department and provides cross-functional support services for all IT departments.

Responsibilities:
- Order management (Manage in a broad sense aspects: orders, receipts and invoices of the IT department IOS)
- Control of invoices
- Computer Licensing
- Management of telephone calls and ASP service functional mailbox.
- Miscellaneous administrative work

Key skills:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook), SAP MM and Visio.
- Affinity with the IT world (generic knowledge - understanding of basic terms and concepts)
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Good communicator (especially during telephone exchanges)
- Customer oriented
- Oriented solution (analytical capacity, taking initiatives, etc.)
- Administrative rigor (compliance with rules and procedures)
- Bilingual French & Dutch
