Tangent International are urgently looking for a Field Manager to work a 3 month extendable contract based in the Philippines (Taguig City)Field Manager |
Responsible for overall equipment implementation performance in the clients customer project in region.
Manages and coordinates the Implementation process according to agreed customer time schedule in region.
Ensure site visits are done according to the project site process; Supports in building up and maintaining an organizational structure in region and zone level for the project implementation team; Within the region, ensures clear communication interfacing among different functions (network planning, site acquisition and permitting, civil works, logistics, subcontractors);
Responsible for the timely ordering of all equipments and site materials (CW and DC power materials separately by CW manager) in cooperation with the Logistics; Participates in review of rollout and technical competence of service suppliers.
Ensures adequate Quality and timely supply of the service supplier teams. When needed arrange training and assessment to service supplier teams.

RATE -
Please not the rate for this position is 85,000 PHP (Gross Salary). This rate is not flexible.
