Software Manager (Software License)One of our Leading Clients is looking for a Software Manager (Software License) for a 6 month rolling contract. This requirement is for an August 2017 start.
The Software Manager (Software License) will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and developing (if possible) approach to solutions
- Proactively assessing potential gaps/improvement possibilities within procedures
- Maintaining contact with vendors handling operational activities and liaising with client
- Responding quickly to ad-hoc SLM related tasks and follows them up until resolution
- Analysing reports and takes the appropriate actions
- Maintaining quality service by following organization standards
The Software Manager (Software License) will have the following:
- Working knowledge/experience in supporting operations and interacting with customer/user/vendors related to end user services
- Has the knowledge of Multi-vendor environment - added advantage if hands on applications like SNOW, SCCM, SmartTrack
- Experience in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ITSM tool (Service Now), SharePoint.
- Being able to review and improve existing procedures and define new ones
- Experience in continuous improvement projects.
- Ability to identify gaps in process and operations and recommend improvements to customer
- Understands the importance of quality and focuses to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
- Understands global culture and able to work with diverse teams
- Self-motivated, flexible and driven to achieve superior results
- French Fluent (mandatory)
Advantages:
- Has knowledge on ITIL concepts/ITIL Foundation
- Has experience in SCCM usage
